Okay, try your hardest not to judge me here. I finished a whole 750ml bottle of sweet chilli sauce in a week. Not to worry, it’s high carb and low fat. The only problem is it’s got a lot of added sodium. The bottle works out at a total of just over 7.5g of sodium. This is quite a lot to have in a week and I am quite ashamed of myself. That said, I haven’t had that much additional sources of sodium this week so it’s not too much of a big deal. I just need to make sure I restrain myself a little bit more with the next bottle or, ideally, I should make my own sauce with no added sodium.
